How Vincen AI handles your data.

1. Overview

Vincen AI ("Vincen", "we", "us") is an AI assistant currently in a pre-launch phase, operated by Apptribe Dijital Hizmetler Limited Şirketi ("Apptribe"). This privacy policy applies to everything accessible under vincen.ai and any subdomains, collectively the "Service".

Right now, the Service is a simple coming-soon page. There is no signup, no product feature you can use, and no way for us to identify you personally. This policy also describes what will change when we launch the full product, so there are no surprises.

2. Key terms

Personal data

Any information that identifies you — e.g. name, email address, account ID.

Processing

Any operation performed on data: collecting, storing, using, sharing, deleting.

Controller

The entity that decides why and how personal data is processed — in this case, Apptribe Dijital Hizmetler Limited Şirketi, operator of Vincen AI.

Processor

A third party that handles data on our behalf under a contract (e.g. Cloudflare, hosting providers).

3. What we collect

3.1 Today (pre-launch page)

When you visit this page, the following happens:

• Your browser loads the HTML, CSS, and a single SVG/PNG from our servers.
• Your IP address, browser user agent, and request timestamp are briefly logged by our CDN (Cloudflare) to protect against abuse. These logs are kept for a short window and are not linked to any identity on our side.
• A local browser flag (vincen-cookie-consent) may be written to your localStorage if you dismiss the cookie notice. This flag stays on your device and never leaves your browser.

We do not currently run analytics, advertising pixels, fingerprinting scripts, or behavioural trackers on this page.

3.2 Once the product launches

When Vincen AI ships the full product, we will likely collect the following depending on the features you use:

• Account data — email, display name, profile preferences.
• Authentication data — password hashes or identity tokens from sign-in providers.
• Content you provide — prompts, files you upload, outputs you generate or share.
• Usage data — which features you use, timestamps, session lengths, device and OS metadata.
• Billing data — if you subscribe, payment metadata is handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor; we never see your full card number.

We will refresh this policy with exact details the moment any of those data types are collected.

4. How we use information

Any personal data Vincen AI processes will only be used to:

• Operate, maintain, and secure the Service.
• Authenticate you and keep your account safe.
• Deliver the features you explicitly request (generating content, sending notifications you opted into, etc.).
• Improve the Service — aggregated, de-identified analytics where possible.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your content to train public foundation models without your explicit opt-in.

5. Cookies & similar technology

This page uses a single piece of essential local storage to remember you've dismissed the cookie notice. It is not a cookie in the HTTP sense (it's stored via the browser's localStorage API), and it is never transmitted to our servers.

We do not set third-party cookies, tracking cookies, marketing cookies, or analytics cookies on this page. If this changes at launch, we will:

• Update this section with a complete list of cookies, their purpose, and their lifetime.
• Show a proper consent UI before any non-essential cookie is set.

6. Sharing & third-party processors

We share data with the following trusted processors only when necessary to run the Service. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement and their own privacy commitments:

• Cloudflare — CDN, DDoS protection, and TLS termination for this website. Privacy policy.
• Anthropic (Claude) — processes prompts and content you send to the assistant in order to generate responses. Anthropic does not train on API data by default. Privacy policy.
• Google (Gemini) — processes prompts and content you send to Gemini-powered features in order to generate responses. Privacy policy.
• fal.ai — runs image, video, and audio generation models on the inputs you provide to media features. Privacy policy.
• Adjust — mobile attribution and product analytics, using device-level identifiers rather than personal data, to measure how people discover and use the app. Privacy policy.

We only send the minimum data each processor needs to do its job, and we do not sell your data or share it with advertisers or data brokers. Additional processors for authentication, cloud hosting, payments, and email delivery will be added here, with links, as the product launches.

7. How long we keep data

CDN logs are retained by Cloudflare for a short window (typically under 30 days) for security analysis. We do not keep our own server-side logs of individual visitors at this pre-launch stage.

After launch, account and content data will be retained for as long as your account is active, plus a short grace period for backup recovery, unless you request deletion earlier.

8. Security

We protect the Service with standard industry safeguards:

• All traffic is served over HTTPS with modern TLS and a strict HSTS policy.
• A tight Content Security Policy blocks unexpected third-party code.
• Cloudflare provides network-level DDoS and bot protection.

No system is perfectly secure. If we ever discover a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and relevant authorities as required by law.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws like the GDPR (European Economic Area, United Kingdom), CCPA/CPRA (California), LGPD (Brazil), and KVKK (Türkiye). These include:

• Access — ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to fix data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Deletion — ask us to erase your personal data.
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Objection / restriction — limit how we process your data.
• Withdrawal of consent — revoke any consent you gave earlier.
• Non-discrimination — we will not treat you worse for exercising these rights.

To exercise any right, email info@apptribe.co. We aim to respond within 30 days. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you may lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

10. Children

Vincen AI is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us at info@apptribe.co and we will delete it promptly.

11. International data transfers

The Service is delivered through Cloudflare's global network, which means requests are handled by servers close to you regardless of where you are. When we launch product features that store personal data, we will use appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses) for any cross-border transfer and disclose the regions involved here.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the product, our practices, or the law. When we make a material change we will update the "Effective" date at the top of this page and, for registered users at launch, send a notice to the email address on file.
