The rules for using Vincen AI.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you") and Apptribe Dijital Hizmetler Limited Şirketi ("Apptribe", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of Vincen AI.

By creating an account, downloading the app, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Definitions

• Service — the Vincen AI mobile applications, the website at vincen.ai, and any related APIs and services we provide.
• Account — the credentials you use to sign in.
• Subscription — a recurring paid plan that entitles you to a monthly credit allocation and access to paid features.
• Credits — the in-product unit consumed when you generate deliverables.
• Input — prompts, files, and other content you submit to the Service.
• Output — content generated by the Service in response to your Input.

3. Eligibility

To use Vincen AI you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher) and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

You must not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under applicable laws (for example, sanctions lists), or if your account has previously been suspended or terminated for a serious violation of these Terms.

4. Your account

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including the security of your sign-in credentials. Don't share your account, and let us know promptly at info@apptribe.co if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or close accounts that contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

5. The Service

Vincen AI is an AI assistant that turns natural-language prompts into deliverables — such as presentations, websites, documents, spreadsheets, videos, images, research reports, and code. We work hard to keep the Service available, fast, and high-quality, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every Output will meet your expectations.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We may also impose reasonable limits on usage (for example, fair-use thresholds, file-size caps, or rate limits) to keep the Service stable for everyone.

6. Subscriptions & billing

How subscriptions work

Paid features are accessed through a recurring subscription. Each subscription tier comes with a monthly Credit allocation that resets at the start of each billing period. Unused Credits do not roll over unless we explicitly say so for a given plan.

Billing channels

• iOS: billed by Apple through the App Store.
• Android (when available): billed by Google through Google Play.
• Web (when available): billed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited, on our behalf.

Renewals and price changes

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them. We may change prices for future billing periods; we'll notify you before any change takes effect, and you can cancel before the new price applies. Taxes are calculated and added at checkout where required by law.

Free trials and promotions

If we offer a free trial or promotional period, the terms of that offer (length, conversion to paid, eligibility) will be stated at the time of signup. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will start automatically and you'll be billed.

7. Refunds & cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refund handling differs by billing channel — Apple and Google handle refunds for in-app purchases, and Paddle handles refunds for web subscriptions on our behalf. Full details, including the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal, are in our Refund Policy.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Vincen AI to:

• Break the law, infringe third-party rights, or facilitate fraud.
• Generate or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative — especially anything involving minors.
• Generate non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive deepfakes, or impersonate real people in a way that could harm them or mislead others.
• Provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice presented as authoritative without appropriate human review.
• Generate spam, malware, phishing content, or instructions for creating weapons or harming people.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract our Service or its outputs to build a competing product.
• Bypass rate limits, credit allocations, or technical safeguards.
• Resell or sublicense the Service or your account.
• Upload content you don't have the rights to use (including copyrighted works, faces, or trademarks).

We may also restrict or remove specific outputs and accounts to comply with the policies of the AI providers we rely on (see Section 11).

Violations of this section may lead to suspension or termination of your account, with no refund of unused Credits or subscription time.

9. Your content (Inputs)

You retain all rights to the Inputs you submit. You grant Apptribe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, transmit, and display your Inputs strictly for the purpose of operating the Service, providing it to you, and securing it.

You confirm that you have the rights necessary to submit your Inputs and that doing so does not infringe anyone else's rights. We do not use your Inputs to train public foundation models.

10. Generated outputs

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the Outputs that Vincen AI generates for you, and you may use them for personal or commercial purposes — including publication, sale, or further modification.

Because Outputs are produced by AI based on similar Inputs, other users may receive substantially similar Outputs. We make no representations about uniqueness, originality, accuracy, or fitness for purpose. You are responsible for reviewing every Output before using it, especially for high-stakes work (legal, medical, financial, regulatory, etc.).

You are responsible for ensuring that the Outputs you publish or distribute comply with applicable laws and any third-party rights — including disclosure where required (e.g. labelling AI-generated content under jurisdictions like the EU AI Act).

11. Third-party AI providers

Vincen AI relies on third-party AI providers (including Anthropic, Google, Moonshot, and fal.ai) to generate Outputs. By using the Service you also agree to comply with the usage policies of those providers as applicable to your usage. We may pass along restrictions and moderation outcomes from those providers (including blocking certain prompts or content).

12. Our intellectual property

The Service itself — including software, design, models we have trained, brand, copy, and documentation — is owned by Apptribe or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose, in accordance with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you. You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices.

13. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

14. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, and uninterrupted operation.

AI Outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, biases, or content you find objectionable. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice. Verify any Output before relying on it for important decisions.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apptribe and its directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the total fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.

Some jurisdictions don't allow some of these limitations. To the extent a limitation cannot be enforced where you live, it will apply to the maximum extent allowed.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apptribe from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your Inputs, (b) your use of the Outputs, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any third-party right. We may take exclusive control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate.

17. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from the app or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if your use creates risk for us or other users, or if we are required to do so by law.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution — will continue to apply after your account ends.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we will update the "Effective" date at the top of this page and notify users where appropriate (in the app or by email for active subscribers). Your continued use of the Service after the change means you accept the updated Terms.

19. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The Istanbul Çağlayan Courts and Enforcement Offices (Türkiye) have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of the country where you live, including the right to bring a claim before the courts and consumer authorities of your home country where applicable.
