What is a credit?
A credit is the unit Vincen consumes when an agent does work for you. Different deliverables consume different amounts — a quick image edit costs less than a fully researched 20-page report. The exact cost of an action is shown before you confirm it, so there are no surprises.
Do credits roll over?
Each month starts with a fresh 8,000-credit allocation, whether you're on the monthly or the annual plan. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month — this keeps the plan simple and predictable.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?
Annual subscribers pay once per year ($159.99) and get the same 8,000-credit monthly allocation, every month, at an effective rate of about $13.33 per month — a saving of $79.89 versus paying monthly. You can cancel either plan at any time and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access to all paid features until the end of the current billing period. Manage your subscription in Apple ID > Subscriptions on iOS, or contact us directly for web subscriptions when available.
Do iOS, web, and Android share the same plan?
One Vincen account works across every platform. You only pay once — whether you subscribe through Apple, Google, or Paddle on the web — and your credit allowance is shared across all your devices.
How are refunds handled?
Mobile subscriptions are refunded by Apple or Google through their stores. Web subscriptions follow our standard refund policy, including the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal where applicable. Full details on the refund policy page.
Are there team or business plans?
Not yet. Vincen Pro is designed for individuals and small teams who want every agent unlocked. Team-level seat management and shared workspaces are on our roadmap — drop us a line at info@apptribe.co if that's what you need.
Is there a free trial?
Free trials and promotional periods, when offered, are surfaced inside the app at sign-up. Terms (length, conversion to paid, eligibility) are shown at the time of signup and apply for that specific offer only.
